Responsibility
- Manage and respond to all leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations with professionalism and urgency.
- Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants, highlighting key features, amenities, and value propositions to close deals.
- Prepare, review, and execute tenancy agreements, lease contracts, and related documentation in compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy rates and minimize vacancy periods.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and incentives to secure favorable agreements for both tenants and the company.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, tenant communications, and property availability using CRM or property management software.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling property listings, promotional materials, and digital campaigns to attract high-quality tenants.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to recommend pricing adjustments and leasing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate sales, preferably in a high-demand market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales/leasing targets in a competitive environment.
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a strong advantage.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws, tenancy regulations, and market dynamics in Bali is a plus.
