Responsibility
- Assist in the day-to-day management of facility operations, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of facility services.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives to reduce energy consumption and waste.
- Assist in budget planning and cost control for facility-related expenses.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to support workplace initiatives and employee well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of facility-related activities, including work orders, contracts, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation is a plus.
