Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Guide clients through the property viewing, purchasing, or leasing process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and feedback using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide insights on client needs and market trends.
- Resolve client concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary.
- Conduct follow-up communications to nurture client relationships and encourage repeat business or referrals.
- Stay updated on Bali's real estate market trends, property listings, and company offerings to provide informed advice.
- Assist in organizing and hosting property open houses, client events, and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, real estate, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and a passion for service excellence.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic office tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Legal right to work in Indonesia; familiarity with Bali's cultural and business landscape is preferred.
