Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with tenants to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Monitor tenant performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational compliance, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing, finance) to align tenant needs with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
- Negotiate and manage lease agreements, renewals, and amendments in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Organize and facilitate regular tenant meetings, workshops, and events to foster community engagement and business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenant recruitment, partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies across all tenant operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in tenant relations, property management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, vendors, or business partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in lease administration, contract management, or commercial real estate is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with hospitality or retail operations, including sales tracking, customer service, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM or property management software.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
