Responsibility
- Serve as the main point of contact for mall tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with tenants on promotional activities, events, and mall-wide initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Conduct regular tenant meetings to gather feedback and implement improvements for tenant satisfaction.
- Monitor tenant compliance with mall regulations, including operating hours, signage, and maintenance standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that benefit both the mall and its tenants.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new tenants, ensuring a smooth transition into the mall.
- Prepare reports on tenant performance, occupancy rates, and other key metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tenant relations, property management, or retail operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proficiency in lease administration and contract management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts diplomatically.
- Familiarity with retail mall operations and tenant management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
