Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using digital and manual systems.
- Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming materials and supplies.
- Coordinate the distribution of goods to various departments or project sites as required.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in storage areas.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline supply chain processes.
- Generate reports on inventory status, usage trends, and potential issues for management review.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or inventory management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role within the real estate, property, or retail sector.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in warehouse and storage operations.
- Physical stamina to handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving goods.
