Responsibility
- Execute in-store promotional activities, including the installation of TOP 1 banners and marketing materials in designated bengkels and retail outlets.
- Engage with workshop owners and retail staff to ensure proper display and visibility of promotional materials.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, providing feedback to the marketing team.
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials and request replenishments as needed.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and promotional standards.
- Assist in organizing and participating in local events or roadshows to boost brand awareness.
- Collect and document competitor information and market trends in Bali.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries related to promoted products.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with retailers and customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and promotional strategies.
- Willingness to travel locally within Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, email) for reporting and documentation.
