Responsibility
- Assist in the planning and execution of community engagement programmes to align with organisational goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless programme delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local communities, NGOs, and government agencies.
- Monitor and report on programme progress, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Organise and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events to foster collaboration and awareness.
- Support the creation of communication materials, including reports, presentations, and social media content.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for partnership and community development.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and local regulations in all engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community engagement, partnership development, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Bali’s cultural and social landscape is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
