Responsibility
- Manage and organize incoming/outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, and physical documents.
- Assist in coordinating logistics schedules, ensuring timely processing of airfreight documentation.
- Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of records.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations to support operational decision-making.
- Handle data entry tasks with high precision to update internal databases.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth communication.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Provide general administrative support, including meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
Qualifications
- Minimum O-Level/N-Level or equivalent qualification; diploma in Business Administration or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles (internships included).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
