Responsibility
- Engage with potential customers via phone to introduce and explain company products and services.
- Deliver persuasive and clear sales pitches tailored to customer needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective telesales strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for improving sales performance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
