Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products and services.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other telemarketing tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
