Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and issue resolution.
- Follow company scripts and guidelines while adapting to unique customer needs and situations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services when appropriate.
- Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers while maintaining professionalism.
- Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and call center tools.
