Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and promote products/services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers to maximize conversion rates.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to customer needs and pain points.
- Accurately record and update customer interactions and sales data in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a clear, confident phone voice.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape is a bonus.
