Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Accurately record and update customer information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve performance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Adhere to company policies, scripts, and compliance guidelines during all interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English.
- Strong target-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
