Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
