Responsibility
- Identify and assess automation and AI-driven improvement opportunities in Finance and Treasury workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for AI and automation projects.
- Analyze existing business processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed business process documentation, including workflow diagrams and use cases.
- Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed AI and automation initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented AI solutions, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, automation, and financial technology to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, automation tools, and their applications in business processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, UML) and data analysis software.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks is a plus.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or AI-related fields is an advantage.
