Responsibility
- Assist senior engineers in diagnosing and resolving technical issues in manufacturing processes.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for product failures and propose corrective actions.
- Support yield improvement initiatives through data-driven problem-solving.
- Conduct hands-on debugging, testing, and validation of photonics/laser systems.
- Document findings, procedures, and solutions in compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement (CI) projects.
- Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in photonics and manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Photonics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in troubleshooting, debugging, or manufacturing support (fresh graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply).
- Hands-on experience with test equipment, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and laser systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for technical documentation and team collaboration.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to quality and precision.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali or surrounding areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
