Responsibility
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation for AI productivity tools, including user manuals, API documentation, and release notes.
- Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and UX designers to gather and understand technical information.
- Create tutorials, how-to guides, and FAQs to assist users in effectively utilizing AI-driven features.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry best practices and company standards.
- Conduct research and interviews with subject matter experts to gather detailed technical information.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to enhance visibility and user accessibility.
- Review and edit documentation for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, technical writing, and documentation tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the IT or AI industry.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts, particularly in AI, machine learning, or software development.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or MadCap Flare.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SEO and content optimization is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
