Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.
- Perform manual testing to identify, document, and track software defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Report and verify software defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to release.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure that all software releases meet quality standards and are ready for deployment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on manual testing.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with automation testing is a plus.
