Responsibility
- Lead the strategic planning, architecture, and implementation of Drupal-based web solutions for enterprise clients.
- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance websites.
- Optimize Drupal modules, themes, and custom functionalities to enhance security, speed, and usability.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and troubleshoot web performance issues, ensuring 99.9% uptime and seamless user experiences.
- Stay ahead of Drupal trends, updates, and industry standards to recommend innovative solutions.
- Manage third-party integrations (APIs, CRM, ERP) and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Drupal development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Drupal 9/10, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and CSS/HTML.
- Experience with custom module development, theming, and Drush.
- Strong understanding of web security, SEO best practices, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in EU shift hours and collaborate with global teams.
