Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Lead Developer or similar role, with a strong background in software development and team leadership.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, and experience with modern frameworks and tools.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices in software development.
- Experience with financial technology (fintech) and a deep understanding of the banking and financial services industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
