Responsibility
- Provide first and second-level IT support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and peripheral devices to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, email, and system access problems in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and security systems.
- Assist in the deployment and management of software applications and updates across the organization.
- Document IT processes, solutions, and user guides to improve knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, and enterprise software.
- Familiarity with networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting tools.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk) and remote support tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
