Responsibility
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams for BonusCalc product enhancements.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with developers to design and implement system improvements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless functionality.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including workflows, data models, and user guides.
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations to enhance efficiency.
- Facilitate training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on new system features.
- Stay updated on industry trends to propose innovative solutions for business challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and system integration concepts.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with ERP or compensation systems is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote/hybrid setting.
