Are you a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst with expertise in CASA (Core Banking Systems)? StaffKing Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Bali, offering a competitive salary of $6,000 – $8,000 per month + allowance.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and IT solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of banking systems. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibility
- Analyze and document business requirements for CASA (Core Banking) systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement system enhancements.
- Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and business needs.
- Develop functional specifications and user stories for system improvements.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth system deployments.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new system features.
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations.
- Stay updated on industry trends in banking technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business IT, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in banking/finance.
- Strong knowledge of CASA (Core Banking Systems).
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and business process mapping.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Certifications in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or ITIL are advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
