Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support for Meditabâs billing and EMR systems via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve billing discrepancies, software errors, and system integration issues in a timely manner.
- Assist healthcare clients with claim submissions, payment processing, and compliance-related inquiries.
- Document and escalate complex issues to senior support teams or development with detailed troubleshooting notes.
- Conduct system testing and validation for updates, patches, and new feature rollouts.
- Educate clients on best practices for using billing and EMR tools through training sessions and knowledge base articles.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, product managers) to improve software usability and functionality.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in healthcare IT, billing systems, or EMR/EHR software.
- Strong understanding of medical billing processes, insurance claims, and healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting SaaS applications, databases, and API integrations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly and patiently.
- Familiarity with SQL, HL7, or other healthcare data standards is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules to support global clients.
