In this role, you will oversee end-to-end cloud operations, from quoting and contract management to order processing, vendor coordination, sales tracking, billing, and renewals. Your strong organizational and analytical skills will ensure seamless workflows, while your bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin will bridge communication gaps in a multicultural environment.

Responsibility
- Manage and process cloud service quotes, contracts, and orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and fulfillment.
- Track sales performance, revenue, and renewal cycles using CRM and data analytics tools.
- Oversee billing, invoicing, and financial reporting for cloud services, ensuring compliance and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain operational workflows, SOPs, and documentation to streamline processes.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to align operations with business goals.
- Resolve client inquiries and operational issues promptly to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Leverage bilingual skills (English/Mandarin) to facilitate communication with global stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business operations, cloud services, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data management, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) to support multicultural teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
