Responsibility
- Conduct detailed business analysis to identify needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows, user stories, and business rules.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired business processes.
- Support the implementation of new systems or enhancements by providing training and change management assistance.
- Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in the IT or consulting industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as SWOT analysis, process mapping, and UML.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
