Responsibility
- Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user needs, and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document user stories and requirements.
- Work closely with development, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
- Monitor and report on product performance, user feedback, and key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and escalations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product roadmap decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT/software development.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and product management best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
- Proven track record of delivering successful software products in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts to align with US team hours.
