Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable network infrastructures to meet business and client requirements.
- Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) testing for new network technologies, tools, and solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network performance issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with existing IT systems.
- Monitor network traffic, analyze data, and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency.
- Document network configurations, processes, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with emerging networking trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or delivery roles.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (written and verbal) is mandatory for client and team communications.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VPN) and IT software tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds).
- Experience with POC testing, network diagnostics, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers (Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent).
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or JNCIA are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
