Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IVD products to healthcare professionals and clients.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on the proper use and maintenance of IVD equipment.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product performance.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and customer feedback.
- Assist in the installation and calibration of IVD equipment at client sites.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required for on-site support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical support, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostic industry.
- Strong knowledge of IVD products and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel and provide on-site support as needed.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality assurance processes is a plus.
