Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive pre-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution proposals to potential clients.
- Deliver prompt and effective after-sales technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and customer interactions in a structured manner to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on product features, installation, and maintenance procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, product developments, and technical advancements to provide accurate and relevant support.
- Assist in the development of technical documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in product testing and provide feedback to the engineering team to improve product performance and user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in the electrical or electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in using technical support tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
