Responsibility
- Verify and validate laboratory results for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards before release.
- Coordinate with laboratory technicians and IT teams to resolve discrepancies or technical issues in test results.
- Provide first-line technical support to clients, addressing inquiries related to result interpretation, data access, and system navigation.
- Maintain and update client databases, ensuring all records are current, confidential, and securely stored.
- Generate and distribute reports, certificates, and documentation in accordance with company and industry protocols.
- Monitor and track the release process to ensure adherence to deadlines and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements for efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of advancements in laboratory information systems (LIS) and ICT tools to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support, data management, or laboratory operations.
- Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS), databases, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, local health data laws) and quality control standards.
