Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of field technicians to ensure timely and efficient maintenance of telecom sites.
- Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure network reliability.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize site performance.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate site upgrades, repairs, and installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards in all maintenance activities.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on site status, maintenance activities, and team performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the telecom or IT infrastructure sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of telecom systems, network infrastructure, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for network monitoring and maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to various sites across Bali as required.
