Responsibility

  • Provide end-to-end technical support to clients during platform implementation, including configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to design and deliver customized solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, API references, and best practice manuals.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams to ensure proficient platform usage.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues proactively, minimizing downtime and enhancing user experience.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improvements.
  • Monitor platform performance and optimize configurations to meet scalability and reliability standards.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support, solutions engineering, or customer success role.
  • Strong proficiency in troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving for software platforms.
  • Experience with APIs, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), and database management is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development tools (e.g., Jira, Git).
  • Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA, or vendor-specific platforms are advantageous.
