Responsibility
- Implement and deploy Technical Services (TS) projects in accordance with company protocols and industry standards.
- Assist Service Engineers in field operations, including installation, calibration, and testing of renewable energy systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and preventive inspections to ensure optimal performance of technical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, documenting findings and solutions for future reference.
- Perform system diagnostics using specialized tools and software to identify potential malfunctions or inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in renewable energy technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in technical services, maintenance, or field support, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, solar panels, wind turbines, or other renewable energy technologies.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and other technical equipment for troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards in technical and industrial environments.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites within Bali as required.
