Responsibility
- Provide expert technical support to customers regarding the application, performance, and troubleshooting of Akzo Nobel coatings products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess customer requirements, demonstrate product applications, and resolve technical issues.
- Develop and deliver technical training sessions for customers and internal teams to enhance product knowledge and usage.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends, improve product performance, and inform product development.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, including product evaluations, test results, and recommendations for customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies in the coatings sector.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the coatings industry, with a focus on technical service or sales support.
- Strong understanding of coatings formulations, application techniques, and performance characteristics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
