Responsibility

  • Lead and manage a team of technical service engineers and technicians specializing in medical equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Develop and implement service strategies to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and longevity of medical devices.
  • Oversee the scheduling, execution, and documentation of preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and emergency service calls.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, and private practitioners.
  • Monitor service KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and internal quality standards.
  • Coordinate with sales and procurement teams to forecast service demands and manage inventory of spare parts.
  • Provide technical training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical equipment service, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • In-depth knowledge of diagnostic imaging systems, patient monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, and other critical medical devices.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Certification in medical equipment maintenance (e.g., from manufacturers like Siemens, GE, Philips) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
