Responsibility
- Lead and oversee technical service operations to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues in engineering systems and equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and customer support, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and professionalism.
- Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical service, maintenance, or engineering roles.
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing engineering systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software, and equipment relevant to the role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
- Experience in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
