Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share in Bali’s IoT and automation sectors.
  • Provide technical expertise to clients, including product demonstrations, solution design, and ROI analysis for IoT and automation implementations.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, and support) to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in Bali’s tech landscape.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining profitability.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities in Bali.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Informatics, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of IoT (Internet of Things) and industrial automation; prior experience is a plus.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain complex solutions in simple terms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently or in a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali (company car provided).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior sales or technical experience is advantageous.
