Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage exam schedules, venues, and logistics to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Maintain and update technical records, including candidate information, exam results, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate exam preparation and administration.
- Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements for exam processes and record-keeping.
- Provide administrative support to examiners, candidates, and other stakeholders during exam periods.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to exam coordination, scheduling, or documentation.
- Prepare reports and summaries of exam activities for review by management and relevant authorities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of improved processes for exam administration and record management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Education, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in education or exam coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with database management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
