Responsibility
- Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality management systems.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to quality processes, procedures, and standards.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to prevent recurrence of quality issues.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control methodologies and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to drive data-driven improvements.
- Participate in the development and testing of new products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
- Experience with quality control tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
