Responsibility
- Lead the development of technical proposals for counter-UAS solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and legal, to gather and integrate technical and commercial inputs.
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance checks to ensure proposals meet regulatory and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to refine technical specifications and solution architectures.
- Manage proposal timelines, milestones, and deliverables to meet submission deadlines.
- Analyze RFPs (Request for Proposals) and develop strategic responses to maximize win probability.
- Present technical proposals to internal stakeholders and customers, addressing queries and refining solutions as needed.
- Continuously improve proposal processes and templates to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical proposal management, preferably in defense, aerospace, or electronics industries.
- Strong understanding of counter-UAS technologies, radar systems, or electronic warfare.
- Proven ability to interpret complex technical requirements and translate them into compelling proposals.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering high-stakes proposals on time.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes and compliance standards (e.g., ITAR, export controls).
- Proficiency in proposal management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems) and collaboration platforms.
