Responsibility
- Provide technical support to project teams, ensuring compliance with design specifications, codes, and industry standards.
- Develop and review engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation for accuracy and feasibility.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and optimize project workflows.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and timeline requirements.
- Prepare cost estimates, material takeoffs, and procurement plans to support budget management.
- Implement sustainable and innovative engineering solutions to enhance project efficiency and durability.
- Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to secure permits and approvals for construction activities.
- Generate progress reports, risk assessments, and technical recommendations for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.E.) is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in construction or design-build firms.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, or other engineering software for design and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and contract documents.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and cost-control techniques.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
