Responsibility
- Lead technical program execution for optical transceiver and datacom products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to drive product development from prototype to mass production.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable plans.
- Monitor program performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for optical and datacom products.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, cost efficiency, and time-to-market.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Technical Program Manager in the optical networking or datacom industry.
- Strong understanding of optical transceiver technologies, manufacturing processes, and supply chain dynamics.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience leading global teams.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and program management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve technical challenges and drive data-driven decisions.
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus.
