Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and supplier risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, operations) to align purchasing strategies with business goals.
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with TI’s quality, ethical, and sustainability standards.
- Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., lead times, cost savings, supplier performance).
- Support inventory management by coordinating with logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain (internships or entry-level roles accepted).
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with a focus on problem-solving.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and semiconductor industry trends is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
