Responsibility
- Conduct regular field inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Train and mentor field staff on quality control best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures.
- Participate in audits and assessments to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using quality control tools and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and conduct field inspections as required.
