Responsibility
- Operate and monitor bag packaging machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production.
- Perform quality self-inspections on packaged products to verify compliance with company standards.
- Control and manage packaging materials to minimize waste and ensure availability for production needs.
- Maintain and care for packaging equipment, performing basic troubleshooting and reporting any issues.
- Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to uphold food safety and workplace safety standards.
- Maintain an orderly and clean workspace to support a defect-free production process.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Document and report any deviations or defects in the packaging process for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or packaging is a plus.
- Proven experience in a packaging, production, or manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.
- Basic mechanical aptitude to operate and maintain packaging machinery.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Familiarity with quality control standards and food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
