Responsibility
- Lead and manage digital transformation initiatives for Google's data center projects, leveraging BIM and other digital tools.
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.
- Develop and implement project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and project transparency.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, preferably in data center or infrastructure projects.
- Strong expertise in BIM (Building Information Modeling) and digital project management tools.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
