Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end program management for AI-driven gaming projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to define roadmaps and prioritize features.
- Optimize AI/ML workflows for gaming applications, improving performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by translating technical requirements into actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to measure the success of AI initiatives and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, gaming, and cloud technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, preferably in AI, gaming, or tech.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and gaming ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Familiarity with game engines (Unity, Unreal) or AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a results-driven mindset.
