Responsibility

  • Develop and expand market opportunities for company products in assigned regions, including Canggu, Ubud, and surrounding areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to drive product adoption.
  • Create and present technical product specifications tailored to client requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure product specifications meet quality, performance, and compliance criteria.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform product development.
  • Provide technical support and training to sales teams, distributors, and end-users to enhance product understanding.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market dynamics to guide strategic decisions.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and technical seminars to promote company products and network with key players.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, product specification, or a similar role, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of product standards, technical drawings, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships with a customer-centric approach.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, market research, and reporting.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently or in a team.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
